City of Castroville - The Edwards Aquifer Authority has declared Stage 4 water reductions. Our target goal is to reduce water consumption by 40% and we are asking everyone to do their part. All restrictions from Stage 1, 2 and 3 remain in place for Stage 4. There is NO watering on weekends using an irrigation/sprinkler system. Watering with a hand-held hose, bucket or watering can is allowed any time, on any day.
