Water & Wastewater
To provide potable water for the Citizens as well as abate water pollutants through its wastewater facility. In serving its customers, the department will use technology which meets the current water codes and which provides reliable service for our citizens.

Electric
To operate the electric system as a business for the benefit of all the city’s residents. In serving its customers, the department will use technology which meets the current electrical codes and which provides reliable service so that outages do not significantly affect the city’s economic well-being or cause discomfort for its residents.

Parks & Recreation
To create recreational opportunities for growth and enhancement by developing diverse services and programs that promote citizen involvement and a strong sense of community while striving to increase the social, cultural, and physical well-being of its residents and visitors.

Streets
To manage and maintain City streets and public right-of ways and keep them free from hazards. To provide all citizens with safe roadways by means of roadway repair and street replacement. To remove and repair and hazard that may exist in roadways. To make sure that motorists are free form hazards in public right-of –ways while traveling public streets.

Utility Billing
Utility Billing is responsible for performing all accounting functions related to utility billing for water, sewer, gas, electric and garbage services.
