Our Criminal Investigations Division is under the supervision of Sergeant Detective Doug Knutson. Sergeant Knutson served 10 years in the Army before getting hired by the El Paso Police Department where is served 21 years in various roles. Sergeant Knutson has been with the Castroville Police Department over two years and works closely with other area law enforcement agencies and the community.
