City in Stage 4 Water Reduction - target reductions is 40%

Landscape watering is allowed only every other week with an irrigation system, sprinkler or soaker hose from 7 AM to 11 AM and 7 PM to 11 PM on your designated watering day as determined by your the last digit of your address.

  • Hand-held watering (hose, bucket, watering can) is allowed anytime.
  • Washing hard surfaces (e.g. driveways, sidewalks) is not allowed.
  • Filling pools is prohibited unless they have a filtration system that requires a constant water level.

Drought Surcharge

Drought Surcharge Table

Beginning with the December 10th Utility Bill, a Drought Surcharge of $7.89 per 1,000 gallons will be applied to usage exceeding the thresholds outlined in the table above. For details, please refer to the amended Drought Contingency Plan (Ord. 2025-002 Amended Drought Plan)  or view the City Council presentation on the Drought Plan Update.
