Arroyo Cottage House - A part of the Schmidt family land, established in 1870, this two story home is equipped with internet, ceiling fans and central a/c and heating, and offers a full kitchen, two bathrooms with tubs, washer/dryer, king bed and sofa bed in the downstairs bedroom and a twin trundle bed upstairs. 2. Arroyo Studio - Built in1870 by the Schmidt family, this studio guesthouse was once the kitchen area for the home. The original home sits on site but is inaccessible pending restoration efforts. Book Here
This high ceiling studio apartment is equipped with internet, ceiling fans and central a/c and offers a full kitchen, walk-in shower, washer/dryer, king size bedroom and large shared yard with outdoor seating. 3. Barber's House - Centrally located in downtown Castroville, the Barber's House is only a few blocks away from nearby local shops, restaurants, and event venues.
