The Impact Fees Advisory Committee was established on July 14, 2008 for guiding the utility impact fee development mandated by Chapter 395 of the Texas Local Government Code.
Residency Requirements & Term Length
The board consists of City Planning and Zoning members and at least one real estate type representative and one member residing in the ETJ. Terms are for two years ending June 30th of each year.
The Impact Fees Advisory Committee meets semi-annually to recommend to the city council any updates or revisions to the land use assumptions.
