Board Volunteers Needed

We are always looking for volunteers to serve on our city boards and commissions.

Terms are two years and applications are located for download or you may pick one up at City Hall.

Airport Advisory Board

Meetings are the first Monday of each month at 5 p.m. at the Airport Terminal. Members may live outside the city.

Positions open: Full
   

Historic Landmark Commission

Meetings are the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. Residency within the city is required. Historical background preferred.

Positions open:  Alternates (2)

Library Advisory Board

Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Library. Members may live within the School District.

Positions open:  Alternates (2) 

Planning and Zoning Commission

Meetings are the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall. Residency within the city is required.

Positions open:  Alternates (2)
    

Parks and Recreation Advisory Board

Meetings are third Wednesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at Regional Park. Members may reside outside the city including the ETJ and Extended ETJ.

Positions open:  Full

Zoning Board of Adjustments

Meetings are as needed for variance requests. Residency within the city is required.
